Ways We Can Work Together *

Alongside Havening Training, I offer a small number of supportive services for individuals and organisations seeking grounded, trauma-informed care.

This work is offered thoughtfully and often by conversation or referral, rather than through open booking..

Havening Training

I offer in-person Havening Trainings for practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed practice and nervous system regulation.

These trainings are experiential and reflective, supporting both personal insight and professional confidence. They are designed to be spacious, grounded, and accessible — allowing learning to unfold in a way that feels safe and integrated.

Training dates are released periodically.
If you’d like to be notified when upcoming trainings are announced, you’re warmly invited to register your interest.

ACC Sensitive Claims – Adjunct Support

I provide adjunct support for people who have an accepted ACC Sensitive Claim and are already working with a lead provider or recovery partner.

This support focuses on trauma processing, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and creating greater internal safety alongside existing therapeutic work. My role is supportive rather than primary, and sessions are offered collaboratively with the wider care team.

Aoake Te Rā – Bereaved by Suicide Support

I am a registered provider with Aoake Te Rā, offering support for individuals and whānau who have been bereaved by suicide.

This work is held with care, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique experience of grief. Support is paced gently and honours the complexity of loss and meaning-making.

Individual Support & Professional Supervision

I also offer a small number of one-to-one Havening sessions for individuals seeking gentle support with emotional regulation, integration, or periods of transition.

In addition, I provide professional supervision for practitioners working in trauma-informed and AOD settings. I am a DAPAANZ Registered Clinical Supervisor, offering reflective space to support ethical practice, sustainability, and professional wellbeing.

A Gentle Invitation

If you’re unsure which pathway feels right, that’s completely okay.
You’re welcome to reach out with a question, a curiosity, or simply to begin a conversation.

We can take things one step at a time.
